Services and Products

EthixAlgo provides licensing of crypto trading software. These terms and conditions are an integral part of this service. All schedules, when read in conjunction with these terms and conditions, constitute the "Agreement."

Use License

This is a license grant, not a transfer of title. You may not modify or reverse engineer the materials on EthixAlgo or any other sub-domain. You are strictly prohibited from removing any copyright notices or proprietary markings from the materials. Additionally, you may not distribute, transfer, or make the materials available to any other individual, nor may you reproduce or host them on any other server or platform.

Purchase Price and Payments

The CLIENT shall pay the purchase price for the software license as set out on the EthixAlgo website. EthixAlgo may increase the Purchase Price due to additional duties, taxes, server costs or fluctuations in exchange fees for new clients or client renewals without prior notice, but those changes will not affect a client’s current annual license. All earnings resulting from EthixAlgo’s referral, affiliate or grid pay system will be paid in USDT directly to the user’s withdrawal wallet.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all existing and future Intellectual Property rights related to the Software and Software Documentation, including inventions, Know-How, Copyright, and Confidential Information, vest in EthixAlgo at all times. Any enhancements, modifications, or improvements made by EthixAlgo to the Software are owned by EthixAlgo. EthixAlgo is entitled to sell or transfer any Intellectual Property or its rights or obligations under this Agreement. You shall not question or dispute the ownership of EthixAlgo’s Intellectual Property, and you shall not infringe upon it.

Breach

In the event that either Party breaches any provision of this Agreement, EthixAlgo reserves the right to seek specific performance, terminate this Agreement, or pursue damages, as applicable. EthixAlgo may elect to terminate this Agreement immediately should the breach be material and incapable of remedy through monetary compensation.

Dispute Resolution & Force Majeure

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the Parties. If the matter cannot be resolved within five business days, no arbitration, mediation, or legal proceedings shall follow. Instead, either Party may elect to terminate this Agreement without penalty

In circumstances where performance is prevented due to events beyond the reasonable control of either Party (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, or other force majeure events), the only remedy available shall be termination of this Agreement. No payments, damages, refunds, or compensation of any kind shall be due by either Party to the other upon such termination.

Confidentiality, Privacy, and Security

Both Parties shall hold in confidence all Confidential Information received from each other and not disclose it to any unauthorised person. Personal information will be processed according to EthixAlgo’s Privacy Policy.

Domicilium and Notices

EthixAlgo may publish announcements of this transaction and may publish notifications of the existence of this agreement in customer lists.

General

No alteration or variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by all Parties. No failure or delay by a Party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver. The CLIENT may not cede its rights and/or delegate its obligations under this Agreement without EthixAlgo's consent. This Agreement is governed by the individuals local laws, and the Parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts in their country.

Limitations

EthixAlgo and its partners will not be held accountable for any damages resulting from the use of the trading software or inability to use the materials on EthixAlgo’s Website.

Revisions and Errata

The materials on EthixAlgo's Website may contain errors or inaccuracies. EthixAlgo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of these materials.

Cite Terms of Use Modifications, EthixAlgo may revise these Terms of Use for its Website at any time without prior notice. Your use of the website or software signifies your acceptance of the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
